I have never been to Quincy's before, but this cheescake may or may not be like it...I am not for sure, but I hope you will give it a try!
Caramel Mochaccino Cheesecake
1 1/2 cups oreo cookie crumbs 1/4 cup melted butter 3/4 cup caramel sauce 3 cups cream cheese, softened 3 eggs 1/2 cup Kahula 1 t instant coffee 6 ozs semisweet chocolate, melted milk chocolate (for garnish)
1. Combine the Oreo crumbs and butter.
2. Press on bottom and 1 inch up the sides of a springform pan.
3. Pour 1/2 cup of the Caramel Sauce (I used smuckers) over the crust.
4. Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
5. Add the eggs, one at a time.
6. Stir in the Kahula, coffee and melted chocolate.
7. Pour into crust, try to pour from the permimeter of the pan inwards, to avoid sending the caramel up the sides.
8. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes, or until centre is almost set.
9. Cool and refrigerate for 3 hours.
10. Pour remaining caramel on top and garnish with chocolate curls.
