..#1 8oz. Cream Cheese, softened 1/2 c. Marshmallow Cream 2 tsp. Frozen Concentrated Orange Juice 1 tsp. orange zest Combine all 4 ingredients in small bowl. Beat together until smooth. Makes 1 cup.
..# 2 4 oz. Cream Cheese, softened 1/4 c. Sour Cream 2 Tbs. Prepared Orange Juice 2 Tbs. Icing (Confectioner's) Sugar 1 tsp. Lemon Juice Combine cream cheese and sour cream in small bowl. Add orange juice, icing sugar and lemon juice. Beat together well. Makes scant 1 cup.
..#3 8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened 7 oz. Jar Marshmallow Cream 2 Tbs. Milk 1/8 tsp. Lemon Juice Beat all 4 ingredients together in medium bowl. Makes about 2 cups.
STRAWBERRY DIP
1 c. Fresh Strawberries, cut up 1/4 c. Granulated sugar 1/3 c. Creamed Cottage Cheese, drained 1/3 c. Sour Cream
Combine strawberries and sugar in small bowl. Stir together. Let stans for 10 minutes, stirring twice. Drain in sieve. Place berry mixture in blender. Add cottage cheese and sour cream. Process until smooth. Turn into a small bowl. Chill Makes 1 1/2 cups.
CARAMEL FRUIT DIP
1 c. Sour Cream 1 Tbs. Brown Sugar, packed 1 Tbs. Kahlua
Stir all 3 ingredients together in small bowl. (You may substitute more brown sugar for the Kahlua) Makes 1 cup.
CHEESY DIP
1 c. Medium Cheddar Cheese, finely grated 8 oz. Cream Cheese, softened 3 Tbs. Milk 1 Tbs. Sherry 1Tbs. Medium Cheddar Cheese, finely grated
Beat first 4 ingredients together in small bowl. Place in serving bowl. Top with second amount of Cheddar Cheese. Makes 2 cups.
CRANBERRY CHRISTMAS DIP
14 oz. Jellied Cranberry Sauce 2 tsp. Lemon Juice 1/2 tsp. Prepared Mustard 2 Tbs. Granulated Sugar
Mix all 4 ingredients well in small bowl. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
