My uncle ate this cake at a restaurant in a hotel, in Boston Ma. He fell in love with this cake. He describes the cake itself like an angel or genoise and the cappucchino mousse was so light and airy it almost melted in your mouth. I've tried to duplicate the recipe but can't get right. If anyone can help, I would appreciate it.
