olives usually sold are from Spain in an 8 ounces can. Just compare the size of the other ingredients & it seems the right size to use.
If the black olives are not available, green olives can be substituted.

I also read your very interesting comments on the DUMP PARTY. It is the first time I've heard about such an activity. It sounds intriguing. I had been searching in the WEB for more information on the subject but up to now nothing had appeared.
