I worked at wings up..its very simple.

First you pour flour in a bowl and add water not to the point that its completely runny.

Dip all your wings in the flour.

Second have a bowl with dry flour add pepper, garlic, chicken spice and toss wet wings in the bowl shake em up.

Next put them in the deep fryer, cook until lightly browned.

Remove and repeat the process. Cook them until browned and crispy.

Add sauce and serve....good luck!
