SPINACH CON QUESO DIP Guest Chef: Melinda (McConahy) Smail, Kansas
1 medium onion 2 tomatoes 1 32 oz. block of Velveeta Cheese 2 oz. jar of sliced pimentos 4 oz. can of jalapenos 1 (10 oz.) box of chopped spinach (drained)
Cut up cheese and melt it down in a crock pot with onions. After cheese is melted down, stir in all other ingredients. Heat together for about 30 minutes. Serve with your favorite tortilla chips!
