I'm am looking for a recipe for Fennel Cookies. I had some at a new resturant in Chapel Hill, NC and they were wonderful. More like a wafer than a cookie, very light in texture. They had something greenish, almost like pastachcio nut pieces throughout the cookie. Any help is appreciated!
