Dear Heather: To make your recipe much more moist, all you need to do is substite up to 1/3rd of the granulated sugar with HONEY. You can reduce 1 or 2 TBLS. of butter if your recipe uses butter with veg. oil as well. By doing this modification reduce the baking temp. by 15 degrees.I hope this gives you some insight into the baking world of improving recipes. Kidpizza.
