FOR 1.5LB LOAF: 1 1/8 cups Water (for Welbuilt/Dak add 2 T more water 1 1/2 cups Bread flour 1 cup Rye flour 1 cup Whole wheat flour 1 1/2 teaspoons Salt 1 1/2 tablespoons Oil 1/2 cup Molasses 3 tablespoons Cocoa powder 1 tablespoon Caraway seeds 2 teaspoons Red star yeast (Panasonic/National use 4 1/2 ts yeast)
White bread, light crust.
