I visited a restaurant in Amish country. At the salad bar they had the familiar pickled eggs in beet juice. They also had "yellow" pickled eggs. They tasted like mustard, but I am unable to find a recipe that gives me the same result as those in Berlin Ohio. Please can anyone shed some light on these tasty yellow pickled eggs?
