Olive Garden's Bruschetta Al Pomodoro Servings: 4 servings
6-8 Fresh Chopped Basil Leaves Salt (as needed) 2-3 cloves Garlic 4 medium Tomatoes 8 slics Crusty Bread Pepper (as needed) 6 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Chop tomatoes, season with salt, pepper, chopped basil and oil.
Grill bread, brush with garlic and top with tomatoes.
