Hi Jeannie:-) Willow Tree Pot Pies are really good, aren't they? While I don't have the recipe for them, I do have a very good Chicken Pot Pie recipe. It calls for vegetables and is topped with biscuits rather than pie crust. You could make it without the vegetables, use only chicken breasts, and top with a pie crust or puff pastry instead. I will post it and my pie crust recipe below.
