HI, I too was very saddend by there closeing, when I did not feel like cooking but wanted a home cooked meal, I could always count on BK, I really miss them. Like you I am only in my 40's and it seams so many things have come and gone, sometimes I swear I think I am NEXT! Thank you so much for your help in finding the recipes, they sound wonderfull, I am not even sure if I asked for the right thing this was chicken ONLY ever breasts no skin in a dark sauce, I thought was ginger, but I am going to give this a try! I regret I never tried any of there other dishes I loved this one so much! THanks again,
