A while back I was in a Coldstone and had that cake batter ice cream and really enjoyed that too. Have you found a copycat recipe yet? I haven't been able to find anything. I'm thinking of trying to just get a bunch of ingredients together and see if I can figure it out. What gives cake batter that singular flavor when a simple cake doesn't have many ingredients? Perhaps if I just make cake batter and mix it with half and half and some other stuff and heat it up then cool it down and put it in the ice cream maker that will work...
