I think viewers should note that this recipe is not the recipe for a offered at "Baja Fresh" restaurants. It is, instead, a recipe for fresh salsa, "baja-style", hence the name Baja Fresh Salsa. I was excited at first when I thought it was the restaurant's recipe, but after the reviewing the ingredients, and seeing the comment posted by George below, I realized otherwise.
