Hey Minna, I just read your post to the panna cotta recipe. I'm delighted to tell you that I do have the exact recipe for macaroni grill's panna cotta. The recipe is as follows:
2 quarts heavy cream 1 tsp. vanilla
Once boiled, add: 6 oz. sugar 3/4 oz. unflavored gelatin (Knox)
Let cool for 1 hour.
For fruit topping: the person I got this from worked there and she told me to get the fruit that is already mixed with sugar from the grocery store. Then just puree it in the blender and drizzle over half of the custard.
