I was also looking for the orange sauce in the Japanese resturant that they give you to dip your food in or even pour over your rice. I asked my waiter(which was Japanese) he told me that the ingredients were:

mayonnaise
ketchup
sugar
water
Paprika

He told me how much of each but it was enough for a weeks worth at the resturant.
