O CHARLEY'S THREE CHEESE DIP (copycat recipe)
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese 2 Tbsp sour cream Sun Dried Tomatoes (to taste) 1 can shrimp, drained and rinsed 8 oz Asiago Cheese, shredded 1 (8 oz) block Monterey Jack, shredded 1 (8 oz) block cheddar cheese, shredded
Melt cream cheese and add sour cream; mix together.
Add sun dried tomatoes, shrimp, and shredded cheeses.
Dump into a baking dish and heat until bubbly.
Serve with tortilla chips or bagel chips.
A Note from Betsy at Recipelink:
Melt the cream cheese in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring frequently or in a microwave (heat a few seconds at a time and stir).
I would chop the sundried tomatoes coarsely so you can still see the bits. Some might rather have them chopped finely.
Regarding the time and temperature for heating, I don't know the exact amount of time it would take but I would put it in a preheated 350 degree oven for 10-20 minutes or until heated through, watch closely. |
