Hello!

I hope someone out there can help with this request....

While visiting friends in Alabama last month, I had the delightful experience of dining at Nick and Jim's BBQ Restaurant. Their BBQ Pulled Pork sandwich was OUT OF THIS WORLD!! But I am requesting something even better...their Cheese Bisquits which look more like muffins. Oh, are they addictive, incredibly sublime and tasty!!

Someone please come to my rescue and tell me how to make these delectable muffins.
