I am in search of Copeland's recipe for the Magnolia Mushroom appetizer. It is a grilled portabello mushroom with shrimp, tomatoes, onions, and mushrooms in a garlic wine sauce served over toast points. Please if anyone has it or can get I would really appreciate it! Thanks!
