HI, I am a former employee of Tim Horton's and wanted to offer a suggestion. It could be a combination of a couple things that are causing your coffee to not have the same taste. For one Tim Horton's uses 18% cream and if you take cream in your coffee and don't use the same percentage it could affect the taste. Also Tim Horton's coffee is known to be very hot and if your coffee maker does not keep coffee as hot it may cause a difference. It would also be advised to buy the pouches of coffee rather than a tin because thier coffee brewed in store comes fresh out of a pouch. Also experiment with the strength of the coffee. Hope this might help :)
