I work for O'Charley's... so I know how good the pie is. I probably shouldn't tell you this since we want people to come to our restaurant and eat it,but it isn't really a secret. All caramel pie is...is sweetened condensed milk that has been boiled and poured into a graham crust!! Then we top it with whip cream, mini chocolate chips, and pecan pieces!
