Cranberry-Oatmeal Bar Cookies

1/2 cup sugar
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 container plain or vanilla low-fat yogurt ( 8-oz)
2 egg whites - lightly beaten
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
3 cups oats - quick or old fashioned
1 cup dried cranberries
non-stick cooking spray

Lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking pan with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.

Combine sugar, brown sugar, yogurt, egg whites, oil, milk and vanilla in a large bowl and mix well.

In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Add dry mixture to other mixture and mix well. Stir in oats and dried cranberries. Spread batter in the bottom of baking pan.

Bake at 350F for 30 minutes or until very lightly browned. Cool on a wire rack. When completely cool, cut into bars. Store in a tightly covered container.
