2 ounces butter 4 garlic cloves, minced 1 1/2 pounds fresh wild mushrooms, chopped 4 eggs 3 ounces heavy cream 1/2 cup mustard 4 pounds ground beef or veal or turkey 1 cup bread crumbs 1 teaspoon ground black pepper 1 teaspoon kosher salt 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Melt the butter and saute garlic until it begins to lightly brown. Cook for approximately two minutes.
Add mushrooms and cook until tender. Reduce liquid. Set aside to cool.
Whisk together eggs, cream, mustard, salt, and pepper. Combine all ingredients.
Spray baking pan liberally with a non-stick spray (such as Pam).
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Brush tops of meatloaves with melted butter and place in oven.
Cover with foil and bake for approximately 15 minutes. Remove foil and finish baking loaves until done (internal temperature of 110 degrees). Pull from oven and cover with foil.
Keep warm for serving. Serve with Worcestershire sauce and enjoy. |
