I was just wondering what's in the chicken salad sandwich at Panera Bread... I know it contains spicy mustard but the sandwich tastes sweet not sour. Could someone help?

They may use a sweet-spicy mustard. They should tell you the brand at Panera if you ask. I'm a little surprised to see beef extract (and some of the other ingredients) in the chicken salad.
