Here is the real Carlos O'Kelly's Chili Con Queso recipe. I got it from a friend, who got it from the restaurant on a recipe card:

1 lb Velveeta Cheese
4 oz Sour Cream
1 cup Carlos O'Kelly's Salsa

I have enjoyed Carlos O'Kelly's Chili Con Queso and miss having the restaurant here. It closed a few years ago.
