Not sure if this is Bonefish Grill but is use Bonefish spice

MACADAMIA NUT CRUSTED MAHI

MACADAMIA NUT CRUST:
1 quart Asian bread crumbs
1/2 cup parsley
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 cup fresh chopped garlic
2 tbsp bonefish house spice
1/4 cup crushed macadamia nut

Mix ingredients together.

LEMON BUTTER SAUCE:
1 1/2 cup white wine
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 pinch bonefish house spice
1 tbsp granulated sugar
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 lb unsalted butter

Mix wine, lemon juice, spice and sugar together in a pan over the stove
Add heavy whipping cream. Whisk in cold butter pieces.

PINEAPPLE BUTTER RUM SAUCE:
1 cup diced pineapple
2 tsp sugar
1/4 cup Myers Dark Rum
1 tbsp diced red pepper

Heat pineapple and sugar until it reaches a thick consistency. Add rum and diced pepper.
