A little strong on the cloves, but when I re-tried Starbucks gingerbread loaf, it was the same flavor (and same texture!). A little confusing on the pan issue, but I used a loaf pan and it took about 55-60 minutes. The loaf came out about 1/2 as high so perhaps double the recipe? Next time I am also going to try a little less cloves and a little more ginger.
