They contain oats, chopped apricots, sultanas, seeds and I'll probably add chopped candied ginger to mine. They appear to be baked in a shallow mold, like a muffin-top pan. Their edges are crisp and light brown, with a chewier texture in the center. A great breakfast or pickmeup! We NEED this recipe!!!!!
