SALMON STUFFED WITH CRAB, BAY SHRIMP AND BRIE
3 oz. crab meat 3 oz. bay shrimp 3 oz. brie small dice 1 1/2 oz. mayonnaise 1 tsp. fresh dill 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper salmon filet
Make sure that crab meat is well drained and that the brie is cold and firm. Combine all ingredients (not including the salmon filet). Chill.
Cut horizontally along salmon filet. Place 3 oz. stuffing inside filet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
