White Chocolate Mocha
The key to a good white chocolate mocha is a good white cocoa powder. I know you can buy it at Gloria Jean's (you should find one in your local mall) and I believe that Ghiradelli makes one as well. Anyway, the proportions are as follows:
For a 12 oz mocha: 1 shot of espresso 2 scoops of white chocolate powder 12 oz steamed milk
For a 16 oz mocha: 2 shots of espresso 3 scoops of white chocolate powder 16 oz steamed milk
For a 20 oz mocha: 3 shots of espresso 4 scoops of white chocolate powder 20 oz steamed milk
I believe that Starbucks uses a white chocolate syrup but the cocoa powder would be easier to find. Top the drinks with whipped cream, and you're all set!
