I realize this is probably pretty basic stuff, but my wife has a real fondness for McDonald's Caramel Topping on her ice cream sundaes. Many of the stores locally have stopped serving it in favor of hot fudge. It's caused a mild panic here in the household. heh If any of you might have a clue how I could recreate the Caramel topping, I'd be most grateful.
