Hi, Halyna, Duk, et al. Ok. Here's the secret. I remember my aunt making caramel topping by boiling sweetened condensed milk. The condensed milk becomes caramelized and turns a beautiful shade of dark tan. I'll bet the three of us can figure out how to duplicate the McDonald's topping.
