Panera bear claw - ingredients

Made from our Danish dough without the cinnamon sugar, with an almond filling, drizzled with icing and sliced almonds.

The key is the Danish dough!

Ingredients:
Enriched wheat flour bleached (flour, malted barley flour, niacin, ferrous sulfate, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), yellow corn flour, water, butter (pasteurized cream and salt), sugar, whole eggs, high fructose corn syrup, margarine (partially hydrogenated soybean and/or cottonseed oil, nonfat dry milk, water, salt, mono & diglycerides, soy lecithin, artificial flavor, beta carotene (as color), vitamin A palmitate added), yeast, almonds, invert sugar, nonfat dry milk, whey, salt, corn syrup, monoglycerides, leavening (sodium acid pyrophosphate, baking soda, corn starch, monocalcium phosphate), corn starch, calcium sulfate, partially hydrogenated vegetable oil (soybean and/or cottonseed oil), natural and artificial flavor, sodium stearoyl lactylate, dextrose, potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate (as preservatives), soy lecithin, ascorbic acid, canola oil, ammonium sulfate, turmeric (as color), spice, maltodextrin, cellulose gum, propionic acid, gums (xanthan and tragacanth), phosphoric acid, citric acid, yellow 5, yellow 6, red 40, caramel color, glycerin.
