GREEN TEA FRAPPUCCINO (not Starbuck's)

8 oz water
6 ice cubes
4 oz whipping cream
2 oz sugar
1/2 teaspoon of green tea powder

Place in a blender for about 30 seconds.

Makes 2 cups
