Chi-chi's nachos - what else is there to say? They went out of business and I am craving chi-chi's everything. My husband and I had our first date there and that is what we ate together. I would love to make it for him but I don't know where to begin. Tortilla chips, beans(don't know what kind), lettuce, some of their queso, shredded cheese, sour cream on top, green onion, and posibly some diced onion. I may be leaving somethings out...I'm not sure. I would realy love some help with this. Let me know what you think.
