GINGER SESAME DRESSING
2 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped 3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar 2 tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, coarsely chopped 2 teaspoons sesame oil 3 tablespoons tahini 2 tablespoons vegetable oil (could use grapeseed oil)
Process garlic, rice wine vinegar, soy sauce, ginger, and sesame oil in a food processor until well combined.
Add tahini and vegetable oil; pulse until dressing appears thick.
