BILL KNAPP'S DESSERTS
HOT FUDGE SAUCE
For MANY years, used on the sundaes and the cake deluxe: I'm NOT endorsing this brand - just stating fact (from memory)- they used a (hard-to-find) restaurant-supplier brand of hot fudge called, Johnston's. It was delicious; however, in searching the web, I found their product links do not work anymore.

The BIG APPLE
They used apple pie filling with cinnamon, which they heated along with half of a baking powder biscuit - then topped with CINNAMON ice cream and streusel.
