I don't know if this is right, but here's one with a thicker sauce.
Shrimp Scampi
1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined 2 Tbsp butter 2 Tbsp olive oil 1/4 cup fresh minced parsley 6 cloves garlic, minced 1 to 2 Tbsp flour dash ground red pepper
In a large pan melt butter and oil. Add garlic and saute 1 minute.
Add shrimp and saute until pink.
Add pepper and flour.
Serve over slices of toasted baguettes, or cooked rice or noodles. |
