I do not have exact measurements, I just mix the ingredients for taste...

JAPANESE STEAKHOUSE YUM-YUM SAUCE (AKA SHRIMP SAUCE)

Mayonnaise (approximately 1-2 cups depending on how many people you are serving)
Rice wine vinegar (about 1 tbsp or less)
Sugar (about 1 tbsp or a bit more)
Soy sauce (about 1 tbsp)
Minced ginger found in a jar (about 1 tsp to 1 1/2 tsp.)
Paprika (not really for taste but to make it look pink in color)
Garlic powder (about 1 1/2 tsp or more.. up to your taste)
and a splash or two of water.
and sometimes i will add a smidge of butter.

You just need to play with the ingredients a bit to what you like. But I promise this is the sauce you are talking about. It is delicious.
