I frequently have a dish at Azteca Mexican Restaurants called 'Camarones Blanco'. It is a wonderful dish! I'd like to make it at home. It's a creamy, slightly spicey auce with grilled shrimp, sliced onions, mushrooms, sliced carrots over a bed of white rice. It is served with a crab cake with sauce over it (which isn't important to me as far as recipes go) I'd love to know how this sauce is made! K. Angeline
