ESPINACA DIP

1 lb. Land O'Lakes Jalapeno cheese*
1 pkg. frozen shredded spinach
1 medium tomato, diced

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and microwave until cheese is melted.

Serve with tortilla chips.

*have tried other cheeses, but they don't melt nearly as well - this cheese is sold in the deli
