BOSTON BEAN DIP Source: Daily Press; Gillian Adams, Boston, Mass.; June, 2001
30 oz. can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained* 1/2 cup sweet relish 1 small onion, diced 1/4 cup mayonnaise 2 large cloves garlic, minced 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard powder 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper 1/4 teaspoon salt
Mix all ingredients together in a food processor. Chill. Better the next day.
*Beans may be left whole and stirred in later, if desired.
