Here goes!

ROADHOUSE ONION DIPPING SAUCE

1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablspoons catsup
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh horseradish
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt (like McCormick's)
1/8 teaspoon red peppers
1/4 teaspoon paprika

Mix all ingredients together. That's it.

It's wonderful with anything - chicken bites, shrimp, or, of course, the famous Onion Blossom.
