Thank you so much for this recipe! It's possibly even better than Macaroni Grill's!
I would like to note that the recipe didn't specify whether to use All-Purpose flour or Self-Rising, but I used my experience in making other breads, along with the rule of thumb (if it doesn't say, go with All-Purpose) to guess, and apparently, chose correctly by using All-Purpose.
I would also like to throw in my 2-cents worth about the baking temp/time; for my oven, it took 400 degrees for 18 minutes, and I basted a couple times with more butter when the loaves started looking a little dried out (once about 7 minutes into baking time, and once again about one minute before removing from oven). It gave the bread that wonderful crusty texture, but not hard, and a very pleasing buttery flavor.
