Pharmacy had 2 kinds of oil. One called "artificial Cassia oil" for $4.00 and one called pure cinnamon extract for $32. Chose the $4.00 one for the experiment. Remember from quite a few years ago that straight oil, without dilution, is way too hot. Tried 1/2 water and 1/2 oil but could see that the "oil" acts like an oil and the water did not go into solution. Need a cook or a chemist that can tell us what edible product can be used to dilute the oil.
