WOW! One of the most secret recipes I've ever come across. Salvi's Bistro in Columbus, OH has been around for many years ebbing and flowing throughout. However, the one constant is the divine dish called Pasta Salvi. It is a blend of cheeses and pasta, coated and deep fried (I think). The problem is, dissecting the ingredients and preparation has me (and many others) completely puzzled. If anyone has any idea of the ingredients, PLEASE POST. Thanks!
