PONCHO'S CHEESE DIP (Tastes just like it to me)
24 slices American cheese 1/2 tsp ground cumin 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/4 tsp black pepper 1 can Rotel tomatoes
In a glass pie plate, add a little water and swirl it around. Unwrap cheese slices and layer all around the bottom of the pie dish.
Microwave until cheese melts. Once cheese begins to melt be sure to stir it every 2 to 3 minutes to keep it from burning.
Put Rotel tomatoes and seasonings in blender; add melted cheese on top. Put the lid on the blender and blend until smooth.
This dip is good cold, room temperature, or warmed!!!!!!!
