CHILI'S CON QUESO DIP (COPYCAT)
FOR THE BEEF MIXTURE: 3 oz. ground beef 1 tsp. flour pinch salt, ground black pepper pinch chili powder FOR THE CHEESE MIXTURE: 16 oz. Cheese Whiz 2 Tbsp. milk 1/2 tsp. chili powder 1/2 tsp cumin 1/2 tsp. paprika
In a small bowl mix ground beef, flour, salt, pepper and a pinch of chili powder. Use your hands to work the ingredients into the ground beef. Brown the beef in a small skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Using a spoon or spatula to crumble the beef as it cooks. Cook the meat until brown and set aside.
Melt the Cheese Whiz with the 2 Tbsp. of milk over low heat.
When cheese and milk have been combined, add the ground beef and remaining ingredients. Heat while stirring often until mixture is hot and ingredients are well combined, then cover saucepan and remove from heat.
Serve with chips for dipping.
