We used one stick of butter and one of margarine instead of 4 sticks of butter. We crushed 4 cloves of garlic into the saute pan. We added about 2 ounces of shredded Asiago cheese to the final mix. This is BETTER than Macaroni Grill's dish. We were all drooling over it. Make sure you cook the pancetta like bacon before adding.
